Google Sign-In is used only when a user chooses to connect a Google account inside GreekChatbots, such as enabling Google Calendar integration for a chatbot.
The configured OAuth scopes request only the Google account data needed for that connection flow: an OpenID identifier, the user's Google account email address, and basic profile information. GreekChatbots uses the connected Google account email address to show which Google account is linked, and it uses the Google authorization granted by that account to complete the connection securely.
If a user explicitly connects Google Calendar, GreekChatbots also requests calendar event access so it can create, find, and delete appointment events on that user's own calendar. GreekChatbots does not request Gmail, Drive, or other broader Google Workspace data for this homepage flow.
