These Terms apply to all use of GreekChatbots, including account access, chatbot creation, chatbot deployment, and optional connected services.

1. Provider

GreekChatbots is provided by PIKIS AGENTS, located at Εριφύλης 5-9, Agios Dimitrios, Greece. References to "we", "our", or "the service" refer to that provider.

2. What the service does

The platform allows users to create, train, preview, deploy, and operate chatbots that may respond through text, audio, video, live speech, calendar actions, and owner-email notifications. Some features depend on third-party providers and external accounts.

3. Accounts and access

4. Customer content and training material

You are responsible for all text, URLs, uploads, images, files, prompts, branding assets, and configuration data you submit to the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to use that content and to authorize its processing by the platform and its subprocessors.

You should not use the platform to upload unlawful content, infringing material, or sensitive personal data unless you have a valid legal basis and the feature is configured appropriately.

5. Chatbot outputs and automation

AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or inappropriate for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing how your chatbot is configured and for deciding whether to rely on generated answers, speech output, appointment handling, or owner-notification emails.

6. Appointments and contact-email tools

7. Third-party services

The platform may rely on third-party providers such as Google, Soniox, OpenAI, OpenRouter, hosting services, SMTP email infrastructure, and other vendors needed to operate the chatbot experience. Your use of those features may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant provider.

8. Acceptable use

9. Availability and changes

We may update, change, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Features that depend on third-party APIs, model availability, browser permissions, or external accounts may stop working without notice.

10. Intellectual property

The platform, its code, and its non-customer materials remain the property of their respective owners. You retain rights to your own content to the extent permitted by law and any third-party rights. By using the service, you grant the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, and display your content to operate the product.

11. Disclaimers and limits of liability

GreekChatbots is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that AI-generated outputs, transcriptions, calendar actions, or email deliveries will be accurate, complete, timely, or suitable for every use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from or relating to the service. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from or relating to GreekChatbots will not exceed the greater of EUR 100 or the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued operation creates security, legal, or operational risk.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. The courts with jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms are the courts of Athens, Greece, unless mandatory law requires a different forum.
